A further study of the major topics in corporate finance with emphasis on risk, capital structure, capital budgeting, dividend policy, derivatives, and international finance. Students employ computer spreadsheets to integrate corporate financial theory.

Prerequisite(s): BUS 320N, and either MATH 115L or MATH 241L. The faculty recommend that students take BUS 421 immediately after BUS 320N.
