FASH 215N - Behind the Spreadsheet

This course provides a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel used the Fashion Industry. Excel is spreadsheet software that is the foundation of business analytics, and navigating spreadsheets is crucial in today’s industry. This course will introduce basic spreadsheet formulas and functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and building Charts, that are relevant in the Fashion industry. Students will work with hands-on projects and scenarios to apply their developed skills with data obtained from the Marist MPorium retail laboratory.
