FASH 261N - Event Planning 3 Credit(s)
Non Liberal Arts This course introduces students to special event planning processes and techniques. Emphasis is on creating, organizing, identifying sponsors for, marketing and implementing large-scale events for the community or businesses. Topics to be explored include vendor interaction, contracts, fundraising, budgeting, ethics and other aspects. When possible, students will organize an actual event.
