Liberal Arts This course focuses on the introduction and practice of American Sign Language (ASL) within the context of the deaf or hard of hearing community in the US. It includes basic vocabulary, necessary grammatical structures, and the development of visually receptive and gestural expressive skills. Designed for students with little or no previous knowledge of ASL.
