This course covers the law of sales of goods, commercial paper, bank transactions, and secured transactions under the Uniform Commercial Code (and also addresses the CCISG for international sale of goods). As time permits, other topics are also covered, such as business organizations: their formation, capitalization, and control; as well as bankruptcy law.
