BUS 382N - Legal Foundation of Business

This course provides a foundation for understanding the U.S. legal system, its Constitutional underpinnings, and how this system supports U.S. and global business practices. In addition, students learn basic concepts of contract law, property law, tort law, administrative law, and domestic and international intellectual property law. Students are also introduced to the legal issues presented by globalization and e-commerce. Students who have received credit for BUS 380N  may not register for BUS 382.
