Non Liberal Arts This course introduces computer architecture, data representation, machine and assembly language, the fetch-execute cycle, and operating systems. It gives students a solid background in the hardware and software technologies that support business-information systems. The course emphasizes the relationships between hardware and systems software, emphasizing the support that hardware provides for today’s multitasking/multiuser operating systems.
