Liberal Arts This course will focus on using traditional and new media to develop successful media strategies for all stages of the customer relationship cycle. Students explore media usage habits - what media consumers are using and how they use it - to provide guidance on the best ways to reach and dialogue with new and existing customers. Students learn techniques for developing, measuring and improving multi-touch communications strategies for acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, encouraging repeat purchases and building long-term, profitable relationships.
