This course builds on the basic public presentation skills students have already acquired. It is designed to facilitate an advanced understanding of techniques (e.g., defusing a hostile audience, advanced delivery aspects, etc.), strategies (advanced persuasion formats), and tools (e.g., humor, PowerPoint, video-assisted feedback, etc.) that are often used in professional communication situations.
