Liberal Arts Relying on ethical theories of utilitarianism, Kantian and virtue ethics, this course explores how police officers, correction officers, judges, and attorneys approach ethical dilemmas in public service. Students will be exposed to case studies, the ethical decision-making process, and the social costs associated with each decision made. Satisfies Core Applied Ethics requirement.
