Liberal Arts This course is an introduction Bayesian statistical analysis. Theory as well as applied R, JAGS and Stan code are covered. Highest density intervals, MCMC techniques, multilevel hierarchical models, and diagnostic tools are covered for an array of regression models. Frequentist and Bayesian philosophies and approaches are contrasted.
