Multi-Camera Production builds upon the skills from MDIA 203L and applies them to a multi-camera environment, giving students practical experience producing programs in studio and in the field. Students learn procedures and the responsibilities of each crew member, with emphasis on the roles of director, assistant director, and floor manager. The challenges of live production, precise timing for broadcast, commercial breaks and multiple roll-ins are explored.
