This course focuses on a specific and timely topic related to interactive media. Students are first provided with relevant theoretical frameworks and a multidisciplinary foundation of the topic, as well as a brief history and survey of emerging trends. In addition, students will learn basic design principles related to the topic and gain an understanding of how to incorporate theory into their creative practices. May be taken up to three times under different topics.
