Non Liberal Arts A survey of principles and practices of Hatha Yoga for beginners. The class will consist of warm-up and stretching exercises designed to relax and lengthen muscles. Each lesson will include postures and asanas in conjunction with natural breathing. The group will start with basic postures and progress to the advanced and more-complex activities.
Offered When: Fall and spring semesters.
