Liberal Arts This class aims to provide the students with a grounding in United States foreign policy in all of its complexity. In this course, we will examine the historical foundations of US foreign policy, review the roles of key foreign policy actors and institutions, and explore key policy and regional issues. Finally, we will address the controversial question of whether the US is a declining hegemonic power and its implications for international relations.
Prerequisite(s): POSC 111L or POSC 113L
