Liberal Arts This course examines the ways that culture and diversity (i.e., in both international and American multicultural terms) affect human thoughts, feelings, and social behaviors. Topics to be covered include the cultural aspects of human development; the self/identity; personality; emotions; sensations; perception and cognition; stereotypes and prejudice; communication and social interaction; motivation; intelligence; psychological disorders and health; and organizations. It is intended for students from a diverse array of majors.
