This is a praxis-oriented course which will identify both common themes and differences of distinctive liberation theologies in a global context. Consideration of themes such as preferential option for the poor, social analysis, commitment to human rights, and praxis will be informed by participants’ spiritual and ethical sources. All students must write an analytic research paper or present to the class an oral report based on their research.
