Non Liberal Arts Open to students who have gained an Intermediate level of Russian language or heritage speakers of Russian, after formal interview and permission from the department Chair; qualifying students engage in supervised research or teaching assistantships on campus. Subject to departmental pre-approval, students may also engage in work experince with an approved off-campus company or agency in the U.S. or abroad. Work performance, assigned research or readings, and an internship report (for three or more credits) constitute the basis of the experience. Number of credits is determined beforehand by mutual agreement.
Offered When: Every semester, intersession, and summer. Prerequisite(s): Sufficient background in Russian; permission of Chairperson
