SOCW383N - Social Work Methods I

3 Credit(s)

Non Liberal Arts
Building on SOCW 230L  and SOCW 330L , this course continues the study and application of social-work knowledge, values, and skills relative to generalist social-work practice. The person-in-environment context is the focal point for application of the social-work process of assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and termination. A concurrent required field education experience (SOCW 382N ) enriches course content.

Prerequisite(s): SOCW 330L ; open to majors only
