Using an applied perspective, this course examines the theory and practice of leadership in organizations in addition to reviewing traditional models it will explore emerging perspectives based on changes in the environment and technology. Emphasis will be placed on practical application and will seek to assist the student in examining their leadership style and developing a plan to improve skills in desired areas.
