Non Liberal Arts To design efficient and effective computer systems and new technologies, we need to understand how users interact with the technologies. This course introduces students to the field of human-computer interaction, which combines perspectives from psychology, sociology, design, and computer science. This class will cover usability research, UI/UX design, contextual inquiry, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, and user testing methodologies.
Prerequisite(s): GAME 210L or CMPT 220L
