PSYC 350L - Psychological Research Methodology and Lab I

This course provides an introduction to nonexperimental, correlational, and experimental methods of research. Topics include ethics in research, statistics for behavioral sciences, and the use of computers for data analysis. Class discussion and student projects are designed to teach students how to read and to evaluate critically popular and professional literature in psychology. Students plan, carry out, evaluate, and write APA-style reports on research projects.

Prerequisite(s): PSYC 101L , MATH 130L  and CMPT 103L  or EDUC 150N
