Liberal Arts This course introduces the student to the study of labor supply and demand and its impact on the economy. Topics include: labor supply decisions, hiring decisions, wage determination, returns on investment in education, income distribution, unemployment, and discrimination. The emphasis is on a theoretical analysis of empirical phenomena.
