ECON477L - Contemporary Economic Issues 3 Credit(s)
Liberal Arts Restricted to seniors. An integrative course which requires the student to relate his or her knowledge of economics to the broader issues studied in the Core/LS program. This is accomplished by the student’s examination of a contemporary economic problem in a major research paper. The student’s paper must reflect a theme or hypothesis which is rigorously analyzed and orally presented to invited faculty in a seminar format.
